I am your host, Archimedes of Syracuse, but you can call me Archie. I come from a time and place when wisdom was as valuable as gold, and sought after in all the public forums from Athens and Rome, to Jerusalem and the Far East! We would discuss ideas in those times, sharing volumes of practical wisdom and the latest scientific breakthroughs. Since then I have seen all the great strides of knowledge throughout history; from our scrolls of Parchment, to Gutenberg’s press, to the age of radio and television, and now the internet!
Let’s be honest, though. The internet has become a mindless hive of cat videos, trolls, marketing schemes, “fake news”, and endless discussions of what celebrities had for lunch!

And to be fair, what it often is, is the greatest tool for disseminating knowledge and wisdom that mankind has ever created.
Here at Chronicles of the Sages we strive to live up to that ideal once again, providing a public forum to share the insights you have learned in life, as well as to learn and grow from others. Our goal is to create a community of modern day sages, and to serve as a hub for the practical wisdom passed down by our ancestors, to whom we owe a great deal.
